Client Experience Coordinator Location: Castle Donington Job reference: PKFLM360290 Client Experience Coordinator - East Midlands When a brand or business gives you a top experience, you remember it. In fact, you probably think every business should give you an experience to remember. That’s because, as customers, we want less waiting times and more constructive conversations. We want less admin and more extraordinary experiences… The good thing is – we think this too. But we need your help to create a memorable client experience here at Cooper Parry. Are you up for the challenge? What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone to help us deliver an amazing client experience. This means you’ll get involved in a variety of things – from planning and spreadsheets to running meetings and analysing survey responses. You’ll be part of our Marketing team – a team of around 15 creatives, strategists and planners. It’s the Marketing team’s job to celebrate what’s best about Cooper Parry. They give us the edge, help us win new clients and make us famous out there in the market. You’ll need to… Know your stuff – you’ll have probably worked in a fast-paced, busy office before. You’ll be used to working with others. But you’ll also be good at getting your head down and organising things like projects, meetings, people or events. Be good at juggling – well, you know what we mean. This role will be super-varied, which is fantastic as you’ll gather some amazing experience. But you’ll need to be able to prioritise too. Have a knack for people – you’ll be used to working with others. And you’ll have had to be confident and be persuasive in the past too. Of course, we know client experience is important. But sometimes you’ll need to get others to understand this too. Understand technology – did you know we’re in the 4th Industrial Revolution? Things are going digital and there’s always new software and programs to grasp, understand and start using. We’re not saying you need to be the next Zuckerberg, but you’ll be confident in using new things. Come up with ideas – because you care about client experience, you’ll always have ideas on how we can do it better. What you'll receive in return For starters, you’ll get to work in our state-of-the-art offices working closely with managers and partners. You’ll also be entitled to our unique benefits such as: Unlimited holiday 7.00pm - 7.00am email curfew Flexible working arrangements Tailored development programme Subsidised gym membership Onsite hairdresser and beautician Onsite car valet service Regular social events Volunteering opportunities Pension scheme and life assurance And much more!
