The training will take place in Workington.

The Warehouse Operative Job Duties
Your role is to break down incoming Cargo and locate for freight forwarding to various countries around Europe.
You have an agreed number of plates to breakdown at the beginning of shift; on these plates we have pallets and boxes. Each piece has an Airway bill for identification, you will required to breakdown each plate and ensure all loose boxes are stacked on pallets in layers, each layer containing the same number of boxes, this cargo has to be counted and checked for correct quantities, so it is important that products are not mixed.
We need people who are physically fit, numerate and with good communication skills. Previous experience is not necessary as on the job training is provided.
Rates of Pay
Hours vary according to flights however we aim to achieve an average of 35 hours per week:
The tariff for normal working hours is €12.62 Per Hour to €18.80 Per Hour
Payment is weekly in arrears of one week. Payments are made into your UK or Dutch bank account at the end of each week.
