User Research Manager

My client is a global media company based in the heart of London whom are looking for a User Research Manager due to growth within the team. You will be joining a established Customer Research Team and be responsible for end to end qualitative and quantitative research. This role will be a fast paced position, collaborating with Product Designers, Developers and Product Managers across a number of projects. producing high quality research questionnaires and/or interviews and provide detailed insight reports back to the stakeholders.
Candidates will have a experience defining and refining research objectives and questions. Have the ability to select the right approach for target audiences. Be able to conduct interviews, design questionnaires whilst drawing insight and analysing user feedback. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organise to meet deadlines.
Candidates may have a relevant degree within research or analytics. May have received formal training on Net Promoter Score (NPS) or similar systems
