Travel Expert / Travel Agent (Part Time) - Chester

We will take part time candidates-max hours will be 21.5 hours
The basic salary will be £17k pro rata.
Commission- so it varies as it is based on the time of year, and obviously depends on how good and consistent a seller they are, but will be a maximum of £700 per month.
Confident, personable manner that can build rapport on the phone easily.
We have had candidates who come from the phone services, travel, finance.
This role can take multiple calls to build that rapport and build that relationship up on the phone before the deal comes in. Personable over holidays, preference,.
We would like to see candidates from around 45-50 mins commute. Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, Ellesmere way.

We are looking for candidates who have a background in sales, ideally within a call centre environment. They need to be skilled in negotiation, and have excellent communication skills.
Both Full Time and Part Time role available.
Candidates will need to work flexible hours which include some evenings and weekends. The latest they will be expected to work is 7pm during normal months, and until 9pm during peak trading months.
Purpose of the role
The role of Travel Expert involves speaking to Customers daily, sharing your great experiences with our customers and motivating and innovating customers to purchase our products. This role is responsible for maximising every opportunity and ensuring that the purchase exceeds customer expectations
The role involves ensuring that every call maximises income per booking, that the quality of the call exceeds customer expectations and that all Company procedures are adhered to.
The Travel Experts must have a previous track record in selling within a Call Centre environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.
