We seeking an individual with good organisational, clerical and communication skills to fulfil the urgently needed role as a Transport Office Administrator for a permanent full-time position.
Your duties will include all aspects of administration support in a busy transport department for a large international logistics company, taking incoming calls and assisting with driver debriefing. Working in their newly acquired purpose designed depot in Avonmouth.

Initial holiday entitlement of 25 days per year is provided, rising to 32 days (25 days + bank holidays) after 3 years service. This is a permanent full-time position that we are recruiting for on behalf of our long standing Avonmouth based client (for over 13 years).
The shift patterns is Monday to Friday with a choice of working either 10am to 6pm or 2pm to 10pm.
Previous experience of office administration is preferred but not essential.
