Build personal knowledge of Telford Homes business and the wider construction industry. Technical Development Progress through the Trainee Task List, developing understanding of the key elements of the job. Actively contribute to home and placement departments. Skills, Experience and Qualifications Previous practical experience in chosen discipline. 5 GCSEs grade C or above. Ability to attain acceptance to and study on the relevant further education course. Personal Qualities Ability to work as part of a team and be responsible for own contribution. Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of quality in delivery. Ability to use own initiative as well as receive and act upon instruction. Ability to work methodically, displaying a flexible attitude and approach when needed. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, given any chosen method.
