Trainee Recruitment Consultant
A fantastic apprenticeship opportunity to join the administration and sales team of a leading automotive recruitment consultancy within Stourbridge, West Midlands.
Circa £16-25K, Basic + Discretionary Bonus, + Career Progression + Future high earning potential
Ideal opportunity for either a recent graduate or a “petrol head” or an internal sales administrator looking for a trainee sales role
This position would ideally suit an energetic, charismatic, sales focussed individual with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), administrative skills and attention to detail. Automotive Industry experience or a passion for the motor trade would be beneficial however by no means essential, more importantly is a willingness to learn and a keenness to achieve.
This will initially be a trainee role and full supervision will be given, however we are looking for a candidate who has long term aspirations to grow within a successful company and who would express qualities required for promotion towards a Recruitment Consultant.
The position will include both general administrative and recruitment functions to enable the smooth running of the business. The main duties of the position include:
•The sifting and replying of job applications.
•Writing job specifications/adverts.
•Job Posting on web based job boards.
•Answering incoming telephone calls.
•Responding via email to incoming enquiries.
•Interview Scheduling – Liaising with the client and the candidate to arrange interviews – both verbally via the telephone and in writing.
•Tailoring CV’s – Checking CV’s for grammatical errors, improving layout / format.
•Candidate Search – Assist with online CV searches.
•Responding via the telephone and email to recruitment enquiries.
•Making telephone calls to clients and candidates as required.
The above duties will be carried out under the guidance of Senior members of the team.
You will be fully trained in all of our search and database admin tools and will be given a thorough brief of each client and their business needs.
