The Too Faced Marketing team is growing and seeking a pro-active and passionate Marketing Assistant. The primary function of this role is providing effective and reliable support to the Too Faced Marketing team. This is the perfect role for someone looking to expand their current skills by working across multiple aspects of marketing and interacting different departments.
Marketing Calendar and Product Launches
•Manage sampling calendar and ensure the delivery of all non-saleable items to store – promotional samples, marketing collateral etc.
•Help prepare marketing presentations for seasonal Retailer Strategy meetings and Sales conferences.
•Send all information and materials to all Retailers for product launches
•Brief, produce and allocate all branded collateral (within global brand guidelines) for launch and to budget. Deliver to store via appropriate channels and share timeline for launch support with wider team
•Support the team on any presentations and ad hoc needs
•Ensure new product sheet and marketing calendar are up to date with support of the rest of the team.
Consumer Insight and Data Analysis
•Demonstrate understanding of: NPD data, Rate of Sale, Forecasts process.
•Remain commercially aware by researching competitors with regards to new products and activity and share with the team.
•Visit stores regularly to provide insights on the cosmetics market, make recommendations and survey competition.
•Provide any other analysis that maybe required on ad-hoc basis
•Primary contact for all Marketing queries and requests from the field.
•Build excellent close partnerships with Sales, Retailers and International marketing functions.
•Be an active contributor in cross functional meetings and provide notes and follow up actions.
•With support from the team, brief external agencies and international marketing team on asset and other local requirements.
•Manage new product and sampling ordering for global marketing team along with delivery to retailers.
•Prepare goody bags and any product send outs for retailer as required.
•Set up new products for Strategy Meetings as required.
•Maintain marketing budget tracker – ensure all POs to be raised before activity commences, aligned with budget / over underspends agreed with the Retail Trade Marketing Manager.
•Raise all POs for the Too Faced marketing team.
•Provide general admin support for the whole team.
•Candidates should be educated to degree / graduate level or equivalent experience of working in a marketing function.
•Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
•Highly numerate and analytical with great attention to detail.
•Able to work effectively under pressure, juggling many projects with a level of autonomy.
•Proven organisational skills and a positive can-do attitude.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•An interest in and understanding of all things beauty.
