TEMPORARY SENIOR PROPERTY PROJECT MANAGER - Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
£30-38,000 depending on experience
The company is recruiting for a Temporary Senior Property Project Manager on behalf of a social housing provider based in the West Midlands.
The Company is on an exciting journey and is looking to build on some significant work that has already taken place in recent months. This role will be fundamental to improving the asset management function, the choice of properties available for customers and the standards used to assess the properties in the future. The postholder will work with key partners to develop a self-assessment tool which will support the key ambitions of the project and will then roll this out to staff to use day to day.
Working closely with key stakeholders and employees to design, draw up and gain approval on project plans, managing the end to end project cycle and reporting on progress to Board and Senior Management.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Housing, Property or Construction sector previously and will have a significant amount of project management experience under their belt and have used project tools in previous roles.
Designing and implementing project tools, methodologies and systems will be key to ensuring the delivery of the work along with managing expectations and challenge as part of ensuring timelines are met and work is delivered as necessary.
The role will require someone with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, approachable and have good interpersonal skills, yet assertive when needed.
The postholder will need to hit the ground running and work under pressure to maintain the momentum of work that has already begun.
