The Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant should carry out at least the following functions:
*Maintain a good understanding of PL accounts.
*Raising supplier payments
*Aged creditor reporting
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*PL invoice query resolution
The person should have:
- A good knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounts.
- A good standard of IT skills being proficient in Excel and Word.
- The ability to plan their workload and to work with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational, communication and IT skills.
- An outgoing friendly personality with the ability to work within a small team and be an active team member.
