They provide a specialised business rates advisory service to a range of commercial property owners and occupiers from government bodies, major retailers, industrial / commercial companies to sole traders and SMEs.
About the role:
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their growing nationwide team. Based from home, this opportunity is available to nationwide applicants.
You will be responsible for:
- Marketing their services to prospective clients
- Researching from data provided and following sales up to completion
- Building rapport with existing and new clients when appropriate
- Excellent communication
- Interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet research
- Capable of achieving key performance indicators based on leads, proposals, presentation and booked revenue
