Starting salary £14k-18k, OTE £23k - £25k
Hours: 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after probation
Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for Telesales Executives to join them as they continue to grow their sales team.
Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of Online Courses. They provide candidates with the online tools and support to help them progress into a career within the IT, FX, Construction and Marketing industries.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be sourcing and contacting potential new students and introducing our client's range of online training courses.
What the Telesales Executive role will involve:
•Introducing our range of training courses to potential new students
•Scouring provided lead databases to call potential students
•Schedule any follow up calls
•Carry out follow up calls
•Co-ordinate with the Student Care team (Student care sets up students, mentors them and books exams for them)
Requirements for the Telesales Executive Role
•Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation
•Previously worked within a competitive environment (Any of the following would be advantageous; recruitment, media sales, advertising sales, course sales, telesales, door to door sales, New Business Sales, Cold calling environment.)
•Sales experience is not necessary as we are interested in any telephone-based experience
•Money-motivated and able to work under pressure
•Being sales focused and enjoying the buzz of closing a sale is very important in this role as is applying quality by consulting well, listening well and tailoring solutions to ensure the close
