My client are looking for a strong customer service focused IT support engineer. You will be providing 1st line support for my clients internal systems ( circa 100 desktops) as well as franchisees.
As part of the operations team, you will be responsible for capturing issues, administrating systems and raising large issues to the development teams. You will be working with Zendesk ticketing system, and following an ITIL workflow to ensure the team always delivers high levels of service.
