A leading Property Technology client in Central London are currently on the lookout for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join their development team. The role is permanent, and is an urgent requirement for the client.
The Technical Project Manager with demonstrate project management and technical experience to ensure effective and high quality delivery of their solutions. On an overall level experience required for the Project Manager role includes, effecting time management and budget control. Being able to confidently allocate resource and speak with key stakeholders internally and externally on project outcomes.
The Technical Project Managers work on tracking critical paths on projects will mean that Product Managers can accurately define the feature roadmap of the future product and projects.
This being a technical role means that the Project Manager will be required to have come from a strong technical background. Ideally from development or computer science. Knowledge of the full Software Development lifecycle is a must (SDLC) and being able to hold technical conversations with key clients and colleagues is key to be successful for the role.
Part of the interview process is a short 5 minute API brain teaser. This will need to be conducted in full initially to then get access to the following interviews, telephone then face to face.
Technical Project Manager responsibilities:
•Work with technical leads, managers and engineers on multiple con current project lifecycles.
•Optimising schedule to allow product managers to focus definition and prioritisation.
•Tracking critical paths on project s and identifying delay.
•Daily informal conversations with project contributors, proactively reaching positive outcomes.
Technical Project Manager requirements:
•Full exposure to the SDLC, software development lifecycle.
•Holding technical conversations with key project stakeholders.
•Understanding of computer science, ideally in line with a Computer science degree.
•Full use of Gantt charts to optimise resource.
They are looking to pay up to £65,000 with API tests ready to be sent out immediately, and telephone calls being lined up once completed.
