Personal Assistant/ Team Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join this wonderfully stylish and well-known architectural surveying firm in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to support a Senior Partner and his team of 5, providing organisational, administrative and secretarial support as well as getting involved in project work.

What you will be doing?
The role of the Personal Assistant will be to support a Partner and other team member within their specialist department. The individual needs to have fantastic people skills and a great attention to detail. There will be a mixture of PA duties and supporting the team with project assisting, supporting the whole team. You'll be preparing reports and presentations, pulling together information and photographs, diary and email management, meeting and greeting clients and financial administration.
To support the team effectively, we are looking for someone who is very proactive and cares about their work. Being part of a team means that the right candidate can look at the bigger picture and identify ways to better the department and the team. You should take pride in your work, always on hand to help and have the relevant experience to demonstrate your strength. You should be an excellent communicator who enjoys keeping the team informed, enjoy dealing with various stakeholders and really be a champion and ambassador to the team. Teamwork, trust and support are important to this particular team, and to the company as a whole.
You will need to be degree educated or equivalent.
