Surveillance Operative (Kent, East Sussex, or Surrey County)

  CoventBridge is seeking a Surveillance Operative to conduct directed covert surveillance in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, conforming to all legal requirements whilst maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards of behaviour. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Make a positive identification of the Claimant to ensure the correct person is filmed
• Undertake reconnaissance of the surveillance area to establish the best observation positions, egress routes and hazards
• Logging observation details as they occur accurately with times
• Carry out the surveillance using the guidelines laid down in the Code of Conduct
• Film the Claimant during their activities whenever it is possible and appropriate
• Complete reports daily, check for content and accuracy (times, vehicle registrations etc) and complete surveillance log
• Provide updates of progress daily through secure portal
• Ensure raw footage is uploaded daily to secure portal
• Attend court to give evidence when necessary
• Look after Company property including Company cars and cameras in an appropriate manner

Requirements:

• Competent driver with current clean license
• IT competent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining good quality
• Ability to plan, organise, prioritise workload and follow direction with minimal supervision
• Team Player
• Adaptable to changes in the work environment
• Highest level of integrity
• Commitment to Excellence 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Ex-military an advantage
• Previous surveillance experience essential
• Attention to detail vital
