Support Workers - Adults with Learning Disabilities
Our client, Oakview Care is seeking enthusiastic, caring people to join their team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. The right candidate will be passionate about supporting people to live a varied, full and rewarding life. Working with vulnerable adults is a varied and rewarding job as you'll be supporting their clients in many ways, both with daily living tasks but also helping them to achieve their personal goals and to access community activities, work placements, hobbies and social activities.
Previous experience is not essential as you will receive comprehensive training.

Additional Information about the role of Support Worker
•If you aren't already qualified you'll be expected to undertake a QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. You'll be fully supported in achieving this.
•Full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week as set out in the rota. These hours will include evenings and weekends but can be condensed into 3 long days a week.
•Part-time roles are also available. Talk to our client about flexible shifts.
•The ability to drive and a full clean driving licence is preferred as part of the role will involve taking their clients out - they have house cars for you to drive.
•They are also recruiting Waking Night Support Workers with the ability to work 2-4 nights a week.
