Offering supported living and residential care services, we use a range of approaches to empower individuals, help them to be as independent as possible and nurture their potential with dignity and respect.
We are now looking for a number of Support Workers to join us on a full-time, part-time and casual basis, working day or waking night shifts.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll support the residents at our site in Porthpean. The site is home to 6/7 individuals living in their own flats, with access to a support hub.
You will deliver care to residents on a 1:1 basis, including personal care, and provide core background assistance as part of our support hub.
About You
To join us as a Support Worker, you’ll need:
- To be patient, friendly and understanding
- A good sense of humour
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude
Experience of supporting individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities would be beneficial. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
Other organisations may call this role Trainee Support Worker, Junior Support Worker, Support Hub Co-ordinator, Residential Care Worker, Social Care Worker, or Trainee Social Care Worker.
Working Hours & Additional Information
We have contracted and casual opportunities available Sunday - Thursday with shifts of 7am – 10pm, and Friday – Saturday with shifts of 10pm - 8am.
We have part-time and casual availability for daytime support also.
The closing date for applications is the 19th January 2021. Interviews are scheduled to take place on the week commencing the 25th January 2021.
Please note, this role is conditional upon receiving an acceptable Enhanced DBS check, eligibility to work in the UK and two satisfactory references.
