Southwell Road East is a Residential Care Home for adults living with learning disabilities and mental health disorders. Whilst we are committed to making a difference in the lives of transitioning adults through our drive for excellence and positive outcomes, we are reliable, resilient and empathetic in our service delivery and approach. The support which is person-centered may include personal care, domestic duties and emotional support. The ideal candidates will be risk-averse, reliable, have a positive attitude, be a team player, willing to learn and have excellent people skills. You will be expected to work varied shifts on a rota basis including weekends, bank holidays, night working and sleep-ins. A 33% bonus is paid for waking nights and double time paid for Christmas and New Year shifts. In addition, an allowance of £35.62 is paid for sleep-ins. Previous experience of working with adults with Social, emotional and mental health disorders are preferred.
