We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Support Workers who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and can demonstrate our values. The role is varied and includes support with personal care needs, supporting activities, domestic duties, manual handling and emotional support. A willingness to learn and a desire to support people to live happy, fulfilled and independent lives is essential. Please note that due to the needs of the customers, there may be an element of moving and handling involved in the role; as such, you will need to be willing and able to undertake these duties. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. On-going training and career progression opportunities are also available throughout the organisation. The project is staffed 24 hours a day so the successful candidate will be required to work a range of shifts over a 24 hour period including weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins; a 33% bonus is paid for waking nights and double time paid for Christmas and New Year shifts.
