What the role involves: Providing highly effective day-to-day first-line support, maintenance and staff training on IT systems so that our staff can work productively at all times Working on a wide range of exciting technology projects (Office 365 evolution, cloud) Maintaining a secure network through daily management of backups Supporting the efficient running of the office, ensuring that standard stock items are always in place and that meeting rooms are efficiently prepared.
