We are on the lookout for an incredibly talented and passionate Store Manager to brew up a storm at our Cardinal Place store.
You will need to be able to show demonstrable experience in:
- Valuing your customer and delivering exceptional customer service
- Recruiting, managing, training and appraising staff
- Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets and leading a team to do so
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and leading a team so they have a customer first mentality
- Achieving sales targets and KPI's and monitoring and directing the team towards these goals
- Executing visual merchandising to brand standards
- Supporting the training of your team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities
- Driving and delivering a high-performance sales culture
