DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with customer to solve technical issues, work with sales to close filter sales opportunity; obtain technical VoC for filter needs; provide technical seminars 85%
• Perform testing for customer issues, and write report 15%
Able to interact well with other functions, such as sales and externally, customers. Balancing technical vs commercial needs. Rapid turnaround time for customer enquiries. Effectively leveraging internal experts to help in meeting customer needs.
REVIEWS AND APPROVALS:
Filter and technical recommendation for sales/customers. Selected decisions require approval from manager.
Sales for customer issues. Marketing for product positioning and focus for product promotion. SLS personnel for support.
BSc or advanced degrees (MSc, PhD) in chemistry or engineering.
Proficiency in English (besides local language).
Minimum five years of technical experience in semiconductor industry (fab, material supplier, OEM) with knowledge in advanced Semiconductor process such as CMP, CVD, WET, and Litho.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent report writing and communication skills
