About the Job

Our client is a privately owned 62 bedroom hotel in the heart of Fleet on the Hampshire, Surrey borders. Offering comfortable accommodation with modern facilities.

They are currently looking for a Sous Chef, who considers themselves a natural in the kitchen with a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome.

As the Sous Chef you will work in a team of 5 and oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

As the successful sous chef you will:

- Deliver excellent service through quality food.
- Demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team.
- Be an active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
- Be responsible and reliable
- Ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to food cost

Hours:
-40-45 hrs a week
-5/7 day basis
