Social in our business does not get covered by your average social media coordinator role: It is a critical central role that requires a digital multi-tasker who is equally good at and steeped in the skills required for strong Account Management, social and digital strategy, creative leadership, insightful analysis, and absolutely current passion for evolving social platforms. You will be the primary hands-on activator of all social marketing campaigns within our growing team supporting global activations and rolling out localized campaign in EMEA. We are looking for a creative thinker who is fully engrained in the world of social media but can also look at the large marketing landscape to bring an integrated marketing perspective. The Social Media Manager executes campaigns from creative brainstorm and strategy phase to posting, optimization & evaluation. Strong experience in social media account management & strategy. Ideally proficient in Photoshop / In-Design / Fluency with most popular social media platforms You'll ideally be Proficient in French and/ or German Organized individual Entrepreneurial spirit Writing skills & social copy writing Passionate about movies, TV, entertainment and pop culture Great taste & design aesthetic. Ability to be self-directed and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines Passion for all things digital & social media Strong interest in new developments within the online / social industry Resilient to change Ideally, you'll have experience working in or with a film studio, music label, or digital or social media marketing agency - Create, social presentations, social run of show, social plans, editorial calendars, competition mechanics, evaluation reports & project briefs, social content production timelines, & full budgets. - Prepare global & local proposals, taking ideas of your own combined with those of the team and agency and shaping them into winning proposals. - Produce: Support, organize & coordinate production for social content in multiple formats. - Share: Keep the Global Team updated on scheduling, reporting, management & approvals. - Traffic: assets, creative approvals, copy approvals and social ROS’s - Finance: ensure PR’s are raised, budgets tracked & media spend invested across all campaigns Monitor & evaluate campaigns using platform analytics. - Brainstorm and contribute creative social ideas & mechanics to 360 campaigns. - Oversee: Work done graphic designers, copywriters, photographers to deliver content on time - Stay connected by continuously exploring social platforms, services and tools to increase reach and engagement and consistently stay informed of trends and new social media technologies.
