Our client provide homes and services to over 16,000 people across Greater Manchester.

They are looking for a Services and Support Specialist to help them provide a first class service to their customers.
They are looking for someone who can take responsibility for being the first point of contact, logging all enquiries and to help resolve customer enquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
Someone who will take pride in meeting customer service standards and targets.
They need someone who has experience operating in a customer contact environment, providing a high standard of customer care and service. You will be competent IT user, having experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office. Holding NVQ in Customer Service or having experience of working in the social housing sector would be a distinct advantage.
