WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an integral member of our Support team, your role will be to provide first and second line support to our internal and external customers. Adhering to SLA’s and KPI’s, you will use your expertise in Windows, Office 365, VoIP and networking to respond to various incidents, escalating them when required. The role also may require travel to other company locations to provide technical support, so the ability to drive is essential.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..
•2 years’ experience working on an IT Service Desk
•Vast knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
•Troubleshooting TCP/IP networking issues
•Knowledge of VOIP systems
•Full clean driving license
IT’S NICE TO HAVE…..
•Stakeholder management experience
•Experience working in a team
