Service Designer (UX/UI)
Contract (6 months)
ISR are looking to attract an experienced Service Designer for Digital Services to support a high profile national digital transformation programme with one of our Central Government clients. The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience of fulfilling service design roles on a number of new projects.
Skills and Experience:
- You will be leading the design of digital services to the Digital Service Standard in a complex digital transformation context through participating or supporting Alpha/Beta Service Assessments
- Collaborating with User Researchers, Interaction Designers, Content Designers and Technical Architects to develop end-to-end Service Blueprints and service KPIs based on user needs and organisational outcomes
- The project requires Agile working based on Scrum using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Slack in a fast-paced environment
- Candidates must be able to work autonomously for the majority of the time, but collaboratively in a goal/outcome based way on the delivery of projects in to the client
