We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis, based in Filton.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the Service Delivery Manager is a critical function with a single point of accountability for the delivery of quality, customer services, service level and key performance targets. You will provide a central point of contact and act as the Voice of the Customer with the responsibility for establishing and maintaining operational relationships with our client and provide exceptional leadership to the multi-disciplined activities.
You will have ownership of the key deliverables and oversee all Service Delivery elements for the Security Teams at our client location. The Service Delivery Manager will support the National Operations Manager with Operational direction and support ensuring that the delivery team are fully focused on ensuring a compliant and customer-focused operation which exceeds the client's expectations and instils the Securitas core values of Honesty, Vigilance, and Integrity.
Your commitment and attitude to safety are critical. You will be required to adhere to all safety and security protocols and principles across the clients' site and ensure your teams do the same. You must always behave in a way that keeps yourself and others safe and set the expectation of the same high standards from your teams.

Previous experience is essential and possesses a valid Frontline SIA Licence
Candidates must be a UK national/hold a UK Passport and able to achieve a 5-year employment and person check; must be capable of achieving CTC or SC clearances where required and meet the client baseline security checks.
The post-holder is required to be educated to GCSE English and Maths (A-C) or equivalent, physically fit, well presented and hold a current UK driving license free of endorsement.
Must be an effective communicator and be able to adjust their communication style where appropriate in order to instil confidence in others.
Self-motivated and motivate others with the ability to manage conflict.
Good working knowledge of common computer packages and mobile devices - i.e. Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and an experienced leader.
You must be willing to support and champion new initiatives and changes in working practices and inspire confidence across your teams to do the same, leading, involving and motivating others both within the Securitas site staff and the wider Airbus community.
Teaching qualification - PTLLS or equivalent.
Qualification in Health & Safety. NEBOSH (General Certificate) is a minimum requirement - training can be provided.
ILM Level 5 Management trained.
Hold a relevant and valid First Aid Certificate, Certification in Manual Handling and trained in the basics of Human Factors.
