What you will do
Our building efficiency division delivers products, services and solutions that increase energy efficiency and lower operating costs in buildings for more than one million customers worldwide. We are a leading provider of equipment, controls and services for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and security systems. The UK&I Service team has a turnover of $60m and delivers innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for Hvac, chillers, industrial refrigeration, controls and mechanical & electrical works.
As a Service Coordinator based in Manchester you are the primary contact for our engineers and customers. You are responsible for the day to day operational activity which can include scheduling engineer visits, ordering supplies, managing vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks.
How you will do it
As a Service coordinator you will keep the both internal and external customers informed at all times on the service you are providing, communication will be a key aspect of your role. You will report to the local business support manager and work on a defined scope of activity. A key area of your responsibility will be the planning and scheduling of our front line service delivery teams, in addition, you will manage their training and holiday schedules. You will also manage our customer enquiries, join customer meetings where possible. You will help with invoices, managing vendors and general supporting administrative task across the operational team.
