They are currently seeking a Service advisor to assist the growth of their busy Citroen and Peugeot site in Crosshills. (Skipton/Keighley)
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
•Making appointments, processing repair orders and invoices
•Providing customer support on the telephone or face-to-face at the dealership
•Qualifying customer issues and reporting them for technicians to review
•Ensure customer approval for all repair work to be carried out
•Quote and present our service plan quote and options
•Internal co-ordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to our customers.
•£18000-£20000 Basic with £25000+ OTE
