Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Outlet Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Opening and Closing of the Restaurant, i.e.: daily cleaning duties, stocking, table set up Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue. Responsible cash handling and security with guest credit card information. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage. Maintaining a calm and positive attitude, working cohesively within a team environment.
