We are pleased to announce an exciting, though challenging opportunity to join one of our existing children’s homes based inKings Lynn, Norfolkwhere the ideal candidate will join an established team providing residential care for young people. The home care for young people and staff provide them with stability through a nurturing, thoughtful and therapeutic approach.
The ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a professional, caring and calm approach, able to think creatively and act as a positive role model. Resilience and emotional warmth is essential.
The ideal candidate should hold or be willing to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or equivalent.
An extensive training package will be provided if successful.
Hours:38 hours per week
Salary: £21,863 - £23,014 per annum, pro rata depending on experience and qualifications.
Sleep-ins: £50.00 paid per sleep-in duty in addition to above salary. On average 6 – 8 sleep-ins per month are required as part of hours that are allocated on a rota basis.
