Job Description:
Senior Solutions Consultants are tasked with becoming the “trusted advisor” during the sales cycle and are expected to have deep knowledge and understanding of Yodlee’s solutions. Senior Solutions Consultants must demonstrate the value of Yodlee’s solutions through product demonstrations, presentations and deep dive architecture/integration discussions with varying audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to identify and uncover a prospect’s business goals, needs and pain points
- Work closely with Yodlee RSMs, Product Managers and Professional Services to map the value of Yodlee’s solutions to the identified business drivers
- Prepare and deliver fine-tuned product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects (on and off-site)
- Lead deep dive architecture and integration discussions
- Work with Yodlee’s Professional Services and Technical Consultants to perform gap analyses and to identify potential solution integration points
- Assist in RFI/RFP responses
- Address prospect objections/issues (product functionality)
- Assist Client Partners in the on-going management of customer relationships in order to drive additional revenue
- Liaise between Sales and Product Management/Engineering by providing input to Sales in order to drive product/feature enhancements and associated product roadmaps
- Assist in the delivery of sales product training to RSMs and Client Partners
Minimum Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A. College Degree along with 4+ years of relevant experience as a pre-sales engineer/consultant
- Sales/technology experience in the Financial Services vertical preferred
- Online Personal Financial Management (PFM), online banking, mobile banking experience a major plus
- Demonstrated excellent technical, analytical, and judgment skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in value based selling
- Excellent knowledge of enterprise web applications - including the basics of web infrastructure, applications, database, networking and security
- Experience with Banking, Retail, Small Business and Commercial Internet Banking applications and their functionality
- Experience with Personal Finance Management (PFM) systems
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 30%-40% travel is required
