And on that note, we are on the search for an experienced shopper marketer (whether agency or brand side, we will also consider those from other areas of FMCG marketing and sales who want to move into this type of position). In this role as a Senior Account Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Client leadership – understanding commercial objectives, activation strategies and coordinating this effectively across the business
- Leading a team – you will have accountable for exec-manager level colleagues, responsible for planning their development and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver against client requirements
- Cross functional working – collaborating with the central and cross-functional teams including insights, planning, finance etc
- Budget management – owning your budget and ensuring to plan effectively to grow your business unit
We are looking for someone creative, tenacious and not afraid to think outside of the box (this is encouraged). The purpose of this agency is to continue to disrupt shopper in an effective way, getting clients’ the best insight into the effectiveness of their campaigns and marketing spend, to ultimately benefit your clients omnichannel activation strategies.
