A leading Global Digital Media Company require a Senior Agile Project Manager help manage a Digital Transformation Programme involving the delivery of an enterprise level Digital platform. The platform supports 100's of digital products for over 500 branded websites, enterprise CMS, digital marketing capability, etc. etc.
As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will work closely with the Product teams to ensure the digital roadmap is delivered effectively and on time. Working closely with inhouse development teams following Agile processes, the Senior Agile Project Manager will act as a servant leader to inspire confidence and promote self-managing delivery ensuring best practice Agile is nurtured and impediments and blockers removed.
The Digital Roadmap is extensive and will incorporate the needs of all global locations, ensuring priorities are agreed with the Product teams and that delivery meets the best interests of the business.
Senior Agile Project Managers must have experience of managing Digital and / or Agile transformation programmes in a global business, on large scale Digital programmes including complex website, CMS and Digital Marketing platforms.
Senior Agile Project Managers must have a broad understanding of Agile best practice and ceremonies including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and MVP, and be adept at empowering the delivery teams to decide on the best practice approach.
