Salary: £33,799 - £38,813 per annum + benefits

As our Senior Planning Officer, you will be working in development management and in this post you will deal with a varied workload of major and more complex minor planning applications, whilst supporting, motivating and advising Planning Officers and the Planning Assistant.
Educated to Masters' level, with a planning qualification, you will have or be working towards membership of the RTPI and a proven track record of managing a diverse caseload, including major planning applications for residential and commercial development. You will have strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, possess a confident manner when dealing with Elected Members, and be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Due to the nature of the job permanent access to a car and a full driver's license is essential.
