We have a new exciting opportunity for a Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our Billy Bears Nursery team based in Solihull. You will join us on a full-time permanent basis working 40 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £18,616 per annum.
YMCA Heart of England is an independent Christian charity, and a registered provider of social housing, affiliated to the national and international YMCA movement. What we’re looking for in our Senior Nursery Practitioner:
It is important that our Senior Nursey Practitioner has excellent planning and organisation skills as you will deliver a variety of activities suitable to the age range and ability of children in your care, ensuring the activities help the learning experiences and development of the children.
Good communication skills are necessary as our Senior Nursery Practitioner to build excellent relationships with parents to report on the development of their child in nursery whilst ensuring the ethos of the nursery is followed. As a senior member of the team you will support all staff to contribute to a positive working environment.
