This is a role working for a leading eCommerce company who are going through a large period of growth and technical change and expansion. They have a large suite of inhouse products, one of which is built in Drupal and they are looking to hire a new Senior Drupal Developer to continue to drive forward this product as it goes through an international transformation and ensure best practices.
As a Senior Drupal Developer you will get the opportunity to take the step up into a lead position and take leadership of one of the Scrum teams - focusing on the main Drupal Product - this will mean leading the Scrum ceremonies and ensuring there are best practices in place and the team is able to deliver fine technical solutions.
To be successful as Senior Drupal Developer you will -
- Have Drupal experience within module development
- Work in a Scrum/Agile environment - you do not need to have been a scrum master before but must have been heavily involved in Scrum ceremonies
- Understand PHP as a core language
- Ideally have some experience working on the Front End - they use React but this is by no means a requirement
- Ideally understand containerisation and the cloud - they use Docker and AWS
