Own your own work. You will design and drive the strategy for the firm’s digital marketing channels (web, marketing automation, email and social), working closely with our digital, content marketing, campaign and CRM experts to deliver outstanding digital client experiences.
You will lead, innovate and oversee our digital marketing channels, evolve how they engage with audiences to deliver maximum value over time.
You will lead and coach your team of experts through growth and development opportunities to maximise engagement whilst achieving the firms’ goals.
Be a part of a team. You will work with our Head of Marketing Operations on transforming our UK website experience
Take responsibility. You will oversee our MarTech stack and establish the overall digital channel strategy for the firm. You will define and own our marketing automation strategy and work with the Automation team to plan and manage multi-channel automated marketing campaigns
You will recommend innovative automated marketing approaches to win revenue growth opportunities, whilst preparing and presenting recommendations, reports and findings from experimental data.
You will analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Build your brand. Given the importance of the Digital Channels Senior Manager, this role offers exciting opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge. The team has a history of developing internal talent for progress
The minimum criteria
CIM Diploma or appropriate equivalent qualification
You will have experience of using Marketo marketing automation

· Highly proactive, progressive and analytical mind
· Previous demonstrable experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on designing, creating and managing outstanding digital client experiences
· Proven experience of operating as a successful marketing automation (Markteto) specialist that has successfully driven client acquisition/retention campaigns, that have positively influenced lead generation and ROI
· Demonstratable experience of A/B testing initiatives that have delivered customer insight to inform the campaign decision making process
