We are looking for an experienced, inspiring and results-driven senior branch manager to plan, direct and lead a multi branch operation so that the forecasted levels of lettings, profits and costs are achieved.
Reporting in to the Regional Lettings Director, the successful candidate will, in conjunction with the in-house branch management team, oversee all aspects of lettings ensuring that the client’s expectations and experience provided by Leaders are exceeded whilst also having full accountability for the property management function. In conjunction with delivering against the KPI’s set, the management of branch staff is also a key requirement, including carrying out staff interviews, inductions, training and appraisals, plus successfully motivating, supporting and developing the team to achieve consistently excellent results.
As a Lettings Senior Branch Manager you will:
- With the assistance of the Valuations Manager, be ultimately accountable for the new business generation for the branch and build alliances with key local employers and developers
- Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitors
- Have an understanding and monitor the branch’s profit and loss and budget
- Provide forecasts, evidence and information for the formation of the annual budgets
To succeed, you must possess a proven track record of successfully managing, coaching and nurturing teams and be able to demonstrate excellent relationship and rapport-building skills. In having a wealth of experience in the lettings business, you will also boast an outstanding communication and customer service charter whilst being able to demonstrate the qualities of being able to covey a professional and well-presented demeanour at all times.
