We are looking torecruit a Senior Administrator to join our Trade Management and TreasuryDepartment within Middle Office. The team provideadministration activities which support trade settlement in the market andaccurate start of day positions for our client. This support includes:
Trade capture across Securities, FX and Money Market products
Trade matching via electronic platform andmanual confirmations
Trade settlement
Cash and Stock Reconciliation
Client, Broker and Custodian Reporting
The Trade Managementteam is responsible for the above client service in relation to securitisedproducts including equities, bonds and unit trusts and cash products includingFX, money market and loans.
The SeniorAdministrator role is primarily to support the production cycle of the TradeManagement team ensuring client service delivery and commitments are met.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service Delivery and controls
Toensure a high quality client service is delivered to all clients
Ensurethe service level provided by the team adheres to the Client Service Deliveryagreements
Ensureadherence to core standard operating models
Buildstrong, professional relationships with clients and be an ambassador for BNPParibas
Developinternal stakeholder relationships with the wider team as well as general businesssupport
Supportexternal counterparty relationships, providing feedback for performance reviewse.g. brokers and custodians
Continuous Improvement & New Business
Proactivegeneration of ideas for improvements to systems and processes in support of clientrequirements and BNP Paribas Securities Service strategic objectives.
Supportthe development and implementation of such improvements
Involvementin the design and implementation of resilient processes and systems to supportnew/changes to business products including mandatory changes tomarket/governance and regulations
Innovate& continually challenge status quo within the governance and framework ofour change program
Bea subject matter expert in your team, striving to expand on build on knowledgeon a continuous basis
Risk Management
Ensureadherence to the risk and control framework, including team and departmentalprocedures, managing risk effectively and efficiently within the team
Ensurean effective and robust governance structure is in place for the team
Accuracy– focusing on getting it right first time
Supportbusiness contingency plans as required
Ensureadequate internal controls are in place and correctly followed to mitigateoperational risk
Ensurethat internal and external audit/compliance/risk requirements are met
