Responsibilities Manage medium to large scale projects independently. Establish API development strategy and technical design. Ability to breakdown application requirements and design reusable APIs for use across multiple applications. Undertake all aspects of project management from planning, design and testing, managing cost and timeline. Partnering with key stakeholders to create and deliver meaningful digital strategies and projects. Adopt innovative concept creation in an agile environment Continually evaluate digital automation roadmaps in alignment with key business and support groups. Vendor Management to support the delivery of projects to the business. Prioritize and meet deadlines Scope of responsibilities include the following: Lead, Plan and Implementation of Projects Define/facilitate the formulation of project scope, goals and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full scale project plan Assemble and coordinate project staff & team Manage project budget Manage project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions Project evaluations and assessment of results Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management Maintain a proper and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the project/department Undertake any other ad-hoc admin/or corporate projects & duties as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree in technology related disciplines Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Experience in a few of the following areas: digital channel and product strategy, customer experience transformations, operational business case analysis, technology and process improvement, CRM systems, agile project management, customer-facing content management areas Possess good communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills in inter-organizational environment. Experience in managing the implementation of an ERP is preferred Experience in coaching junior team members Experience in Microsoft stack such as MS SQL, .Net, SharePoint, Web services and APIs will be essential.
