About the Job

Overview
As the Lead Area Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the region. You will inspire a great service and ensure engagement across the wider ADM team. Being commercially aware, you will build relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver results, driving change.
You will be proactive and passionate about coaching and developing the ADMs in your region, ensuring their strengths and skills are utilized and working with your Line Manager to provide opportunities for growth. You will take a significant part of ensuring new employees in your region have the best onboarding experience and are fully supported through their induction.
You will take the lead on the coordination of a number of activities in your region such as reporting, market insight and VIP visits ensuring this communication is cascaded effectively to all. You will be a role model in your region and play a pivotal role in driving your region towards success.
Responsibilities Include
* To take the lead on VIP visits in your region and be flexible to support on this
* To deputise in Line Managers absence completing tasks such as leading meetings and conference calls
* Be a role model to other ADM colleagues
* To support in ensuring the company's vision and strategy is understood and embedded in the wider ADM team
* Support your line manager on recruiting new ADMs into the team
* Lead on the planning of inductions for new ADMs in your region
* Coordinate annual leave across the region and organise/allocate call files accordingly
* Taking the lead on collating opportunities identified in the region to grow the brand and business
* To work closely with the Lead ADM team to share best practice, and roll out initiatives nationally
* To be proactive in having expert knowledge on the competitor market and proposing effective initiatives on this
* Being the point of collation for regional data analysis and reporting, and cascade this back to the team
* Utilising the various strengths of the ADM population in your region, driving motivation
* Being proactive in developing yourself and others
* To develop and maintain long lasting, effective relationships through interacting with senior stakeholders

Salary
£30,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
