An exciting opportunity has arisen within BD’s Critical Care Division as a Sales Representative for the TTM (Targeted Temperature Management) segment of the business.
This position will report into the National Sales Manager, Critical Care and comprises of the following:
- Achievement of profitable, above budget sales of Arctic Sun® consoles and disposables
- Thorough and comprehensive understanding of the clinical benefits of TTM and Arctic Sun® that can be effectively applied to drive acceptance, preference and sales of this particular therapy and the products associated with it
- Proactive and ongoing support/service of all customers (new and existing) in the respective sales area
- Revenue growth through management of a strategic and complex sale via multiple stakeholders within the acute setting including Intensive Care Physicians, Cardiologists, Emergency Care Doctors, Nursing Staff, Clinical Trainers, Purchasing/Finance Depts, Biomedical Engineering and Senior Management
- Actively sell the CoreConnect™ Temperature Management Solutions concept through assessment, evaluation and maintenance of performance against TTM protocols to facilitate practice improvement
- Active support for product launches/on-site product launches at customer facilities
- Organization of/and participation in conventions
- Active observation of market developments and competitors including reports to internal functions
- Compliance with the reporting system
- Compliance with Corporate Policies
- Effective communication of complex discussions including protocol creation, health economics and lean six sigma improvement programmes effectively to gain acceptance across multiple stakeholders
