About the Role of Sales Account Executive
Due to expansion this global business is looking to hire a Sales Account Executive to join the sales team; you'll create and close sales across a portfolio of solutions including subscriptions for their market research and online intelligence, custom research, events including delegate tickets and sponsorship. You will be targeting new clients within the Technology sector within UK and Europe and this will a mix of Inside Sales and face to face sales where you’ll provide also web based presentations / face to face presentations for your clients.
You will be working through warm leads including some inbound leads from the website and some events and also from the marketing team along with creating your own new business sales leads.
Any new accounts you win will be yours to maintain, grow and develop and we are therefore you'll be excellent account manager with great business development sales skills. In other words you'll enjoy bringing on new clients and excel at managing and growing your own accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you're a hungry and ambitious sales individual. This would suit if you're a graduate with a minimum of 2 - 3 Years B 2 B sales experience and you're looking for that next step in your career; this role will give you the potential to progress into a client facing Key Account Manager or Senior Business Development Manager role.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum of 2 - 3 Years in B 2 B Sales
- Experience of selling Business Intelligence / Business Information, Advisory Solutions or Events would be preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Experience of working in a fast paced sales environment
- Degree educated ideally
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Goal orientated and results driven
- European languages advantageous but not essential
