A construction company based in Hemel Hempsted currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join their fast-growing team.
The company are looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Executive with industry experience, to work on construction, renovation products and services to domestic clients within Herts, Beds and Bucks.
Sales Executive duties will include the following: -
•Create and build new B2B relationships
•Create & present proposals to the client and close the deal
•Measure various sales KPIs
Key Skills & Experience:
•Minimum 5 years-experience in field sales
•A-Level or equivalent education
•Experience selling extensions, renovations, kitchen / bathroom refurbishments
•Previous sales training
•Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel & knowledge of how to use CRM platforms
•Results driven with the ability to set and achieve sales targets
•Open to learning/training
•Great people & communication skills
•The desire to progress your career

A British company founded by Matthew Britz. Qualified as an electrician he would serve time working for a multitude of companies. Christopher Davis is a kitchen fitter with an uncanny ability to problem solve, always looking for intuitive ways to do things. They would both share the same vision of what they wanted to do in their area of the industry and agreed they would regularly work together.
As time went on it became apparent that they both had ambitions to grow the company into more than their own individual areas of the construction industry, and the birth of a new Berg had begun. The two agreed and the partnership was formed. Their can-do attitude, determination, ethics and persistence for getting the job done, customer care and can-do attitude, has accelerated the company to success.
