Sales Director – eCommerce Software – City London
Our Client is an established leader in the domain of eCommerce Software for the retail industry.
They are now looking to bring on board a big hitter Sales Director who can develop the business model and take it to a higher level in terms of new business and increase in turnover.
The Client is looking to grow their business 30% year on year with key personnel.
This is an opportunity for an experienced, focused professional with plenty of Experience Winning New Business.
They are looking for someone with a proven track record in Business-to-Business Software Sales.
You will need to be comfortable meeting high revenue targets and managing month long sales cycles.
You’ll be focusing on e-Commerce, sports and/or fashion retail, and other Internet businesses, so experience selling to those industries is a Cast-Iron Must Have.
Must have at least 5 to 7 years of highly successful enterprise technology sales leadership experience
Demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quota and a resulting high level of income attainment.
Excellent understanding of Internet based technologies
Past sales experience should be with market leading companies that dominated their segment.
Prior experience in a start-up environment is not required but will be weighed positively.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and personally accountable, but also inspired to be a contributing member of the sales organization.
A passion for sports and/or fashion, as these are the sectors we work within
Exceptional organization skills for managing and closing a high volume of opportunities
Proven record of prospecting, nurturing, and closing net new business opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must.
The salary for this role is £60K - £75K plus commission and bonus.
