About our Client
Based in Yate, North Bristol, our client is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support the Sales team, customers, distributors and other external stakeholders as they continue to grow their UK and international business serving the global printed label industry.
About the Role
You will initially assist with sales administration and order processing but with a view to taking on more responsibility as you develop.This is a busy and varied sales co-ordination role with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
You will have daily contact with sales managers, customers and distributor’s, process sales orders, offer administrative support, process UK and export documentation and liaise with couriers. You will need the drive and enthusiasm to help take their business to the next level. Our client is looking for bright, keen individuals who will assist with delivering outstanding customer service and fully embrace their culture of continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Sales Support Supervisor, you will ideally possess the following
•At least two years’ experience in a fast paced customer service or sales administration role is essential;
•Must be customer focused with an excellent telephone manner;
•Excellent attention to detail is essential;
•Some experience of working for a manufacturing or logistics company would be a bonus but not essential;
•Confidence to deal with any customer complaints in a professional manner;
•Excellent Microsoft skills, including good excel knowledge and skill, plus sound experience of using SAP or ERP software as the main processing tool;
•Competent numerical and analytical skills;
•Effective communicator and able to talk to and work with people of all levels of the business;
•Team player and enjoy working in an open plan office;
•Organised and good at prioritising workload;
•The flexibility and ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines to ensure customers deadlines and expectations are met

Salary & Other benefits
This is a full time permanent position; hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per week. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience and skills but a minimum of £19,000 per annum. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per year plus bank holidays.
