SF Group are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager for their client based just outside of Nottingham City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively growing customer accounts and maintaining relationships through account management methods to maximise sales. This role does involve making outbound calls but only to warm contacts.
As the Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Delivering a first class customer service
•Developing new business opportunities
•Maximising profits by upselling the products
•Process orders and keep the customer up to date at all times
•Establish internal and external relationships
The ideal candidate should be self motivating, with a strong background in customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and identify the clients needs accordingly. There are no KPI’s to be met in this role however you must have a drive to succeed.
